Program Manager, Learning and Leadership
As a Program Manager for the Learning and Leadership team, Abby leads a variety of projects focused on organizational sustainability, anti-oppressive leadership development, instructional design and facilitation skills for anti-violence organizations. Abby brings close to a decade of experience working in local advocacy programs doing direct survivor support and training sexual and domestic violence counselors. She is also guided by her experience with grassroots harm reduction, community-centered responses to violence, and reproductive justice. She received her master’s in social work from UC Berkeley with a focus on strengthening organizations and communities.
