Beth Dye

beth dyeBeth Dye is a communications consultant specializing in the non-profit sector. She is a co-founder of The Futures Council, a San Francisco volunteer organization focused on raising awareness and funds for the Futures Without Violence Courage Museum. Beth also lends her expertise to the San Francisco Friends School and Bright Horizons early education.

Before consulting, Beth spent a decade in corporate communications at Hearst magazines. Her projects included managing a Seventeen magazine press conference to launch the “Love is Not Abuse” National Teen Dating Abuse Hotline. Her work also included a teen prescription drug survey with the Office of National Drug Control Policy, and assisting in the creation of a digital manual to educate parents about online safety. In addition she helped manage Seventeen magazine’s reality television show partnerships with America’s Next Top Model and Miss Seventeen.
Prior to Seventeen, she led publicity for O, The Oprah Magazine’s “Live Your Best Life” tour.
Before joining Hearst, Beth worked at Conde Nast as public relations manager for Vogue.com.
Beth lives in San Francisco with her husband and two young children.
