84% of dads think it's important to talk to their kids about mental health, but many say they don't have the language to do it*. The Get Serious (About Mental Health) Challenge is here to help: 1.) try out our tips for starting a discussion about mental health (or connecting) with a young person, 2.) post on social media encouraging others to do the same.
The ‘Get Serious’ Challenge is not just for dads. Everyone can play a role in helping young people feel seen, heard and supported.
We’re serious about spotlighting the joy, hope, and connection that everyday actions can foster, especially where young people live, play, and learn.
