Patrice Cochran joined Futures Without Violence in 2013 as the Controller and is responsible for managing the organization’s accounting operations and financial reporting. She began working in not-for-profit finance twenty-six years ago, after working in commercial banking as a loan officer. Prior to joining FUTURES, Patrice held several positions at Tides Foundation, a public charity working to advance progressive social change, and Hospice By the Bay. Before relocating to San Francisco, she was the Controller at The Museum for African Art in New York. Patrice received her B.A. from Yale University and Master of Accountancy from Golden Gate University.
