As Senior Vice President of Futures Without Violence, Rachael oversees development, implementation, and management of strategic partnerships and initiatives designed to increase awareness, education, and engagement among opinion leaders and the general public about the impact of violence and trauma, and solutions to prevent it. Her portfolio includes management of a National Leadership Council, Board and Corporate relations, Professional Sports Team partnerships, and organizational leadership.
Rachael is currently leading the strategy, design, and program for the nation’s first educational museum dedicated to educating the public about the causes, impacts, and solutions to violence against women and children and gender inequality.
