When emotions run high, your words can make all the difference! Our Coaching Boys Into Men program gives you tools to talk with student athletes about recognizing when healthy competitiveness turns into harmful aggression and how to bring it back in balance.

This training will help athlete’s:
1️⃣ Recognize the differences of appropriate aggression on and off the field.
2️⃣ Be more aware of their emotions and triggers, including their anger and when they are becoming overly aggressive or out-of-control.
3️⃣ Regulate their emotions and behavior to prevent harmful or abusive decisions.
