When we talk about healthy relationships, we also When we talk about healthy relationships, we also need to talk about respect and independence. For teens, that means having the freedom to make choices about school, work, and money without pressure or control.

Taking away that freedom is a form of abuse. It can start when someone controls schedules, limits opportunities, or pressures decisions that affect a teenโ€™s future. The impact can last long after the relationship ends.

This Domestic Violence Awareness Month, letโ€™s stand with teens by helping them recognize these behaviors early and build relationships rooted in respect! ๐Ÿ’œ

Only six states and D.C. offer all workplace prote Only six states and D.C. offer all workplace protections for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.

These include:
๐Ÿ‘‰ Anti-discrimination laws
๐Ÿ‘‰ Reasonable accommodations
๐Ÿ‘‰ Paid safe leave
๐Ÿ‘‰ Unemployment insurance

Many other states provide some of these protections, but far too many offer NONE at all!

This Domestic Violence Awareness Month, weโ€™re calling for stronger and more consistent protections for survivors nationwide.
