Many men feel trapped by outdated expectations to be the sole provider, pressured to be tough, self reliant, and never ask for help. These rigid norms, known as the “Man Box,” are still shaping men’s mental health, relationships, and even their sense of identity today.

FUTURES has partnered with @equimundo_org for years to support boys and men in building lives rooted in care, connection, and emotional wellbeing, because we know a more supported path forward is possible.

There are real ways we can help men feel less trapped. We can challenge harmful norms, encourage emotional expression, and create spaces where asking for help is seen as a strength! 💙
