June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, a tim June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness about the unique mental health challenges men and boys face, while encouraging open conversations about seeking support.

Research shows it can take more than 10 years for many people to seek mental health support. Men are significantly more likely to die by suicide and less likely to access mental health care early. Mental health challenges do not have to be faced alone. Checking in, starting conversations, and encouraging support can make a life-saving difference.
